Licensed Master Social Work

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University. I am passionate about working with individuals from all walks of life and believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a supportive space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and heal.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I use to help clients process and move through difficult or traumatic experiences.

I have a particular interest in working with clients navigating sexuality and gender identity, and I strive to provide an affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly environment. I also enjoy supporting individuals through religious transitions, self-esteem challenges, and identity development.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and camping, attending live music, snowboarding, and playing volleyball with friends. I also love spending time with my cat, Bunny, who brings a lot of joy and chaos to my life.
