Living life takes courage! It’s not easy, at times, to get up and do things; but it is possible. During those low times, we all need people to care enough to ask the hard questions and to have the difficult conversations. Knowing that those conversations are the first steps to true healing.

I was born with two rare birth defects: Mobius syndrome and Poland syndrome. Instead of allowing these defects to define me, I have chosen to overcome barriers by defying the odds and living my best life.

Since graduating from Northwest Nazarene University, I have worked in the mental health field in various positions including Case Manager / Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist / Targeted Care Coordinator / Clinician. These positions grant me a wider perspective regarding meeting clients’ mental, emotional, and physical needs.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My self-care tools include: attending church, journaling, meditation, and going for walks. Nicole is also EMDR training and accepting new clients.
