I am a licensed Master of Social work and lived in Idaho for almost 20 years. Idaho is home in my heart but I have recently made the decision to move to Washington to be near my dad and enjoy his older years with him. I will continue to work via telehealth in Idaho as I enjoy what I do and love helping others. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with my Bachelors in Social Work in 2004 and then went on to get my Master’s in Social Work from Walla Walla University and graduated in 2005. I have worked with clients as young as 3 years old with family participation and enjoyed using play therapy techniques. Now that I am only working via telehealth I work with clients 10 and up. My therapy style is integrative so I will use different theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, mindfulness, and others, depending on the client and their needs. I love spending time with my family, my husband, children, and grandchildren. We enjoy camping, playing at the park, riding bikes, swimming and four wheeling.
