I’m a counseling intern working on my LPC license, and I recently obtained my MS in
Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025 from Capella University.
I have over 19 years of experience in mental health, working in community-based
and psychiatric hospital settings with individuals of all ages. My passion is helping
those in need.
By providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to create a safe
environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to make changes in
their lives.
In my free time, I enjoyed using her coping skills, including gardening and canning what
she grows. I currently live in Boise with my husband and dog.
