My name is Madison and I am so happy that you are here!
As a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), I understand that reaching out for help takes
courage, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard and valued. I
work with both adolescents and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety,
depression, addiction, trauma, and life stressors. I also have experience supporting first
responders, who often face unique and demanding pressures in both their personal and
professional lives.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate. I believe you are the expert of your
own life, and together we will build on your strengths while addressing the areas that feel
overwhelming. I utilize evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and
mindfulness based approaches—to provide practical tools and strategies you can carry into
your daily life.
I want therapy to feel like a partnership where your goals guide the process. Whether you are
looking for relief from emotional pain, support in your recovery journey, or simply a place to
explore personal growth, I will walk alongside you with empathy and encouragement. My goal is
to help you discover new possibilities, find balance, and create lasting change that feels
authentic to you.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and most importantly Mushu-
my adorable fur baby. I love to travel and explore new places, bake delicious goodies and have impromptu dance parties.
