Licensed Master Social Work

Hello! My name is Lacey, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I am so excited to be part of the team! I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College and my Master of Social Work from Idaho State University. My experience has primarily focused on working with teens, young adults, and older adults, and I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey that puts your goals, strengths, and unique experiences at the center. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and compassionate, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I strive to meet each person where they are, build a meaningful therapeutic connection, and walk alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges, explore personal growth, and work toward lasting change.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I enjoy incorporating practical tools and strategies that can be applied to everyday life while tailoring our work together to your individual needs and goals.

Outside of therapy, I love baking sweet treats and preparing home-cooked meals to share with friends and family, going on outdoor adventures, cozying up with a good book, and enjoying my collection of “grandma hobbies.” I value the simple joys of connection, creativity, and slowing down, and I look forward to bringing that same warmth and authenticity into the therapeutic relationship.
