I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I graduated from Boise State University in 2025. Prior to that I worked in various case management positions assisting families through difficult situation such as addiction, adoption, and family separation. I have previous experience using Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Theory skills. My approach is eclectic depending on what you want and need from therapy.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey that puts your goals at the center. I use a person centered and trauma informed lens to meet you where you are in your journey.
