Hello! My name is Breaydyn. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Idaho, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of the Cumberlands.
I am originally from the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, area, but I moved to this area to pursue my education in psychology. Outside of school and work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful boyfriend and our three pets. I also love music and play five instruments: clarinet, alto saxophone, violin, cello, and piano. Music has always been a source of comfort and a meaningful part of my life. I also enjoy yoga, skiing, hiking while also finding natural hot springs and kayaking.
After experiencing the loss of my father at a young age, I discovered a deeper sense of purpose in helping others navigate life’s challenges. That experience has shaped my passion for mental health and my desire to help others feel understood, supported, and less alone. I hope to combine my personal experiences with the knowledge and skills I gain through my education to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and remind them that they do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone!
