I graduated from Idaho State University (ISU) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Before completing a master’s, I completed a Bachelor’s degree at Washington State University in Psychology. I have experience working with all ages who have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, parental separation, grief, addiction, and sensory sensitivities. I enjoy using many forms of therapy in my approach and learning which fits my client best. No matter the form of therapy is used, clients can expect a warm, friendly, and welcoming space to engage without the worry of judgment. I see each client as an individual with many intricate details and I enjoy finding those pieces that make you who you are. Though I have an LPC credential, I am also a person navigating life’s experiences, this is what will connect us the most. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and three children. We love hiking, biking, Legos, swimming, nerf wars, board games, and many other things. When I have some alone time, I enjoy disc golf, rock climbing, and the occasional video game, among many other things.
I provide the following therapies: Gestalt therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Play Therapy, and Adventure Based Therapy.
