You do not need to have the right words before you start; a first conversation can help clarify what support may help.
For many people, weekly or regular counseling sessions become a steady part of the week. Sessions are typically one-on-one, and your plan is shaped around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all program. If other supports would help, such as case management, peer support, family support, or Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS), we can talk through those options as well.
Telehealth across Idaho
Telehealth is available statewide in Idaho, so you can meet with a counselor from home, from work, or from wherever you have a private connection. Telehealth can be especially helpful if you live far from an office, have limited transportation, or prefer the comfort of your own space.
